A: Standard check-in time is after 2 pm. Check out time is before 10am. Earlier check-in, late check-out time can be arranged subject to availability, fees may apply.

Q: Can I arrive early/ late?

A: Yes, please give us a call if you want to arrive before 2pm or after 8pm.

Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?

A: Yes, all rooms at Archer Park Motel are non-smoking.

Q: Do you have room service breakfast?

A: Yes, breakfast can be ordered when you check-in and it is served to the room.

Q: Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

A: Yes, it is free of charge for high speed unlimited wifi.

Q: How close are you to the shops?

A: 2 minutes by car to City Centre Plaza, 4 minutes by car to Allenstown Square, 7 minutes by car to Stockland Rockhampton Shopping Centre.

Q: How close are you to restaurants?

Rockhampton Leagues Club is just across the road from the motel, also Cranston’s Pies, The Cheesecake Shop and a Thai Restaurant. There are a lot of restaurants like Red Rooster, Carl's Jr. Chargrilled Burgers, Subway, KFC, McDonald’s, Kebabs, Pizza Hut, Chinese restaurant and India restaurant are in walking distance.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?

A: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged. No cancellation will be accepted on special event period.

A: We accept Master card, Visa card, Union Pay, Debit card, Eftpos card and American Express for free of charge.
